Jev Router for Windows
A graphical setup and control panel for people who want TypeSafe Jev routing in coding-agent workflows without manually maintaining config files or living in PowerShell.
✓ TypeSafe key
✓ Codex bridge
→ Claude plugin
reset / status / restore
Two integrations, two honest labels
The Codex path is the automatic one: the app can install and configure the public Jev Codex bridge, preserve existing Codex authentication and leave routing active after setup.
The Claude path is plugin-assisted. The app prepares the Windows environment and guides the user through installing the Jev Model Router plugin in Claude Desktop. The UI deliberately does not pretend this is the same transparent proxy path as Codex.
What the alpha handles
Paste and verify a TypeSafe API key, configure Codex, prepare Claude, refresh status and reset integrations.
The app uses DPAPI for its stored key, while documenting compatibility storage required by upstream integrations.
Restore Codex configuration, remove bridge state, clear Claude environment keys, or reset everything from one control layer.
The current interface is PowerShell + WPF so a normal Windows machine can launch the UI without a separate app runtime.
Public alpha, intentionally explicit.
The project leans on upstream open-source integrations and labels what is automatic versus assisted.
